This role involves leading the implementation, customization, and support of SAP Commodity Management and Risk Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAPs technical and functional capabilities, along with hands-on experience in trading and risk management processes within the Oil & Gas and commodity trading industries.Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and support of SAP Commodity Management and Risk Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with business stakeholders and partners to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end SAP solutions. Customize, implement, test, and enhance SAP CTRM functionalities to meet specific business needs. Facilitate seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM) and external systems. Provide functional expertise in trading, risk management, and commodity hedging processes. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. Develop and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals. Deliver training and support to end-users and internal teams on SAP CTRM features and best practices. Stay updated on the latest SAP innovations and industry trends, providing strategic recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in SAP implementation and support, with a focus on SAP CTRM. Extensive experience with SAP CTRM solutions in the Oil & Gas industry. Proficiency in S/4HANA with expertise in Commodity Management and Risk Management. Strong skills in cross-module integration (e.g., SAP SD, MM) and knowledge of CMM SD/MM integration. Hands-on experience with physical and financial trading processes, commodity hedging, and risk management. Experience working with market data providers for commodity price indexes, especially DCS-based systems. Expertise in end-of-day evaluations, mark-to-market, P&L, position reporting, and value-at-risk reporting. Knowledge of risk exposure modeling and integration with third-party reporting tools. Familiarity with CDS-based analytics and the ability to communicate technical requirements effectively. Proven experience managing SAP CTRM projects, from planning through execution and delivery. Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex issues quickly. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business and technical teams. SAP CTRM certification is a plus.Preferred Experience Deep understanding of trading, risk management, and hedging strategies within Oil & Gas. Expertise in integrating third-party systems and data sources for real-time market analysis. Experience in designing P&L attribution reports and risk-based analytics.
