As a Data Analytics Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in analytics capabilities and workflow management to design and implement solutions that meet the requirements of our dealership operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service advisors, technicians, workshop managers, and parts managers, to streamline workflows, automate actions, and optimize decision-making processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our dealership operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy applications on Palantir Foundry. Use applications including Palantir Workshop and Carbon Workspace to support the dealer workflow application development. Utilize data processing app on Foundry including Code Workbook, Data Lineage, and Pipeline Builder for data pipelines Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement analytics capabilities, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling, to optimize workflow management. Automate actions based on predefined conditions to streamline the workflow process and improve efficiency. Develop data integration and preparation processes to centralize and integrate information across different personas. Create intuitive user interfaces and visualizations to facilitate data exploration and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration among different personas. Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in data analytics and workflow management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in developing applications on Palantir Foundry or similar analytics platforms. Strong knowledge of analytics capabilities, including statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling. Experience in workflow management and automation, preferably in a dealership or automotive industry context. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Spark, R, or Java. Familiarity with data integration and preparation techniques, including ETL processes and data lineage. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of dealership operations and familiarity with service advisor, technician, workshop manager, and parts manager roles is a plus.
