VMware Virtualization: Design and implement VMware-based solutions for virtualizing and consolidating servers in the post-merger environment, optimizing resource usage and reducing hardware footprints. Active Directory (AD) Consolidation: Perform AD domain and forest mergers, including user, group, and policy consolidation, while maintaining security and minimizing disruption to user access and services.
