| From: Santhosh, Dimiour [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role Title: Technical Project Manager Hiring Mode: Contract (TP) Location: Mountain View, CA [Onsite] Job description: Work with partners, customers and key stakeholders to develop and articulate program launch plans Self-motivated and agile with experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules Manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, set the pace for development, deployment and delivery. Develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations and tracking reports to provide detailed current status of each project. Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus. Serve as an escalation point for our external partners and coordinate efforts with all of the internal stakeholders across the globe. Take accountability for driving the project deliverables on time. Serve as the point of contact for external partner engagement for the program Able to develop testplans, co-ordinate with QA, review QA reports Minimum qualifications 10+ years of technical product or program management experience 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Hands on experience in SW development or QA or device based feature launches Preferred qualifications- Experience in embedded software Comfortable with operating in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, manage time efficiently Able to navigate ambiguity Experience in the use and customization of project management tools Proven experience in the project management of complex projects Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
