Key Responsibilities: Coach and mentor Agile Squads in Scrum practices and Agile mindset. Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives). Support Product Owners and Development Teams in backlog management and delivery. Build high-performing, self-organizing teams through leadership and servant leadership principles. Remove impediments, promote continuous learning, and foster a collaborative, trusting environment. Leverage Agile tools and frameworks (Kanban, Scrumban, XP, CI/CD). Qualifications: 5+ years of full-time business experience. 3+ years of Scrum Master experience.
