GA- onsite Visa: all visa is workable except H1b, OPT, and CPT Duration: 10 months, possible renewals. (No H1b, OPT, and CPT) Rate is Low & need local candidate only This is a new fresh start for them and would be the only BA. This person has to be a driver of the business and be able to connect the dots between the business and IT team. Take the information put together and what the deliverables are and hand to the PM make sure all is well, and things are tracking forward. This is a way to come in and help a growing company and really make a splash for themselves. They need to hire quickly but will not settle. A person can work out of the ATL office and then make occasional trips to Dublin and Macon GA. Targeting ATL or Dublin only for this role The core requirements are: They are not worried about the ERP really at all, some SQL skills are good to have. Will be working with a wide range of Apps from Infrastructure, to firewalls and so on. Truly a jack of all trades in the IT world across the spectrum Do want to look at this as contract to hire for sure with how big this role is. Experience working with ERP They have a specific one for manufacturing called IPIX( they will be sun setting this in 2025, looking at new ones but not a big deal based on environment) enhancements and projects Experience in fielding and documenting business requirements Preferable: Experience in the Manufacturing Industry Understanding of Supply Chain process and systems Knowledge of SQL Job Description: Role & Responsibilities: Define, document and implement business, technical, and functional requirements. Model, implement and optimize business processes. Support business users in their modeling and application use. Act as requirements project lead for medium to large projects, directing and coordinating requirements project staff and activities. Oversee creation of application test scripts and work with developers to ensure scripts are updated and maintained during development, unit testing, and UAT testing during a project's lifecycle. Oversee production support of core projects, including gathering and documenting requirements, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, preparing and managing the project plan, and recommending solutions. Partner with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Coordinate development, testing, and implementation of solutions with vendors. Perform analysis of business issues, provide recommendations for possible solutions, work with Business users and IT project teams to drive decision making and define requirements for application development, ensuring that business needs are being met. Complete documentation for business requirements which guide application development efforts, working closely with the Development team and Business teams to ensure successful implementation of business requirements. Work with team members to provide ongoing support to manage application SLA's, resolve problems and fulfil service requests that do not require application. Examine highly complex data from multiple sources crossing departmental boundaries in which results are not predictable. Support integration layer between multiple systems. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business or related field and a minimum of five (5) years related experience. Experience in the following: Maintenance and support of production grade software Business Process Management Tools and Document Management Systems. Managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on systems, technologies, business process redesign, and knowledge of technical environments. Project management with ability to drive projects to successful completion. Rational Unified Process Methodology in developing use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules is essential. Interfacing with various partners, including vendors, offshore development teams, and internal groups. Demonstrated track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases. Industry experience involving Engineering, Manufacturing, Distribution and Financial applications. Previous work experience in a cross-cultural, international environment. Strong Knowledge of: Principles, practices, and administration of technical issues. Procedures involved in the information systems development life cycle. Software development and quality standards/models. Planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and application administration. Knowledge in SQL, SQL Queries and database design. Solid understanding of relevant business issues. Demonstrated proficiency in developing Gantt charts / project schedules. Demonstrated proficiency in developing flow charts for business processes.
