You will leverage your expertise in Workday Security and Integration to address ongoing needs and ensure the successful operation of the Workday system. Workday Expertise: Current Workday Partner Certification - HCM and minimum 4+ years of consulting experience in Workday technical workstreams Technical Skills: Programming experience with integrations and implementations, 4+ years of experience in security and integrations, and proficiency in software tools like Notepad++, Microsoft Excel, SmartSheets, etc. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management, prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple projects Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday Security Consultant or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Workday security architecture, features, and best practices. Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework). Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
