| Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Position Overview: Lead SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant overseeing design, realization, data migration, and testing. Manage seamless transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA with minimal business disruption. Requirements: Minimum 8+ years of SAP MM End-to-End Implementation experience in at least two implementation projects. Minimum 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA Conversion and/or Implementation experience. Experience with SAP S4 RISE private cloud edition (nice to have). Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Simple Logistics. Workflow management and enhancements related to HR Mini Master. Expertise in SAP MM covering: Organization Structure Master Data Pricing Schemas Procurement (direct/indirect) Service items, goods receipt, invoice receipt Stock transfers, MRP, consignments, inventory management Batch Determination, inbound/outbound logistics, picking and put-away strategies Transfer orders, search strategies Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry standards for material management processes. Experience in SAP S/4HANA Data Migration (extraction, transformation, loading of material master data, supplier master data, purchasing documents, inventory balances). Experience with reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows. Outbound/Inbound ALE/EDI communications. Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 for user-friendly interfaces in SAP S/4HANA MM processes. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA reporting tools such as embedded analytics. Integration knowledge between SAP MM/LE and other SAP modules (FICO, EWM, SD/LE, PP/QM). Experience with SAP ASAP and/or SAP Activate methodologies. Experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support. Experience in preparing Business Blueprint, Functional Design Documents, and Functional Specifications.
