Ability to work as a great teammate and work with minimal supervision. Desired Technical Skills: 3-5+ years of related experience involving high-level customer support in Security technologies. Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP stack, Routing/Switching, SSL/TLS, common Application Layer protocols Knowledge and troubleshooting experience of Site-to-Site, DMVPN, IPsec, FlexVPN, Remote Access VPN, GETVPN. Knowledge and experience in at least one of the network security technologies: Cybersecurity, Firewall, IPS. Working experience of VPN on different products like Cisco Router, Firewalls ASA/NGFW. Experience with using Wireshark to analyze captures for troubleshooting. Proficient in English, written and spoken.
