Role- ServiceNow Developer Location- Santa Clara, CA Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building catalogue forms, using ServiceNow API, and managing ServiceNow development projects. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and the ability to implement solutions that meet business needs. We require candidates to have as many as 3 years' ServiceNow development experience, preferably with ITAM and HRSD experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow catalogue forms and workflows. Utilize ServiceNow API to integrate with other systems and automate processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Manage and execute ServiceNow development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Maintain and update ServiceNow documentation, including technical specifications and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on ServiceNow functionalities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on building catalogue forms and using ServiceNow API. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
