We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Project Manager to oversee and manage medium to large-scale cybersecurity projects. This role requires expertise in guiding projects through all phases initiation, planning, design, testing, and delivery within specified scope, schedule, and budget. Operating in a matrix environment, you will ensure the successful completion of projects that achieve defined business outcomes, from project intake through to closure and transition to operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints. Drive project phases from initiation to completion, including planning, design, testing, and deployment. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless transition from initiation to operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience managing and delivering cybersecurity projects. Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Six Sigma, SDLC, or Agile methodologies. Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices. 7+ years of project management experience in a matrixed or co-sourced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrated sound decision-making and assertiveness. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience addressing large audiences. Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and effectively serve internal stakeholders. Proficient in MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills: Experience in the Energy & Utilities or related services industries. Familiarity with cybersecurity tools. Proficiency in PPM tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.). Knowledge of risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
