You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency and align with business objectives. Your expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) and hands-on experience with Constraint Planning will be essential to the success of this project. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Planning and Constraint Planning modules, including solution design, configuration, and customization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current processes, and develop solutions that meet supply chain and planning needs. Define planning constraints and strategies to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with operational and financial goals. Develop and implement detailed project plans, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables. Functional Expertise: Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Planning, including supply and demand planning, inventory optimization, and constraint-based planning. Define and configure supply chain planning constraints, such as resource availability, lead times, and capacity limitations. Ensure seamless integration between Supply Planning and other Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing. Work with Oracle Cloud technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Supply Planning and Constraint Planning solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus. 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM, with a focus on Supply Planning and Constraint Planning. Proven experience with the implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Planning and Constraint Planning modules in a complex enterprise environment. Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, production planning, and capacity constraint management. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud functionality, including configuration, integration, and customization capabilities. Experience in collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud Supply Planning and Constraint Planning. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed planning recommendations. Excellent communication and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations. Willingness to work on-site in San Jose, CA for the duration of the project (6 months).
