You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the SFMC platform, ensuring its seamless integration with other systems, and supporting the marketing team to drive effective campaigns. Reporting directly to the Application Development Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven marketing strategies and ensuring platform compliance. Key Responsibilities: This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the future of FI's MarTech technical landscape You will report to the Application Development Team Lead Platform & Configuration Management: Administer and maintain the SFMC platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, access, and reliability Automation: Guide and support users in the creation, execution, and optimization of single/omni-channel journey orchestration Data Management: Manage and segment customer data for targeted marketing efforts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations Reporting and Analytics: Create and analyze reports to measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Integration: Oversee the integration of SFMC with other systems and platforms, including CRM, DAM, and CMS Support: Provide technical support and training to marketing and corporate communications teams, addressing any platform-related issues or inquiries Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly regarding data privacy and security Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with SFMC features and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve platform use Qualifications: Proven experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Strong understanding of marketing automation, data management, and customer journey optimization. Experience integrating SFMC with CRM, DAM, and CMS systems. Ability to generate and analyze marketing performance reports. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in MarTech. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical support. Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and guide internal teams.
