The position requires on-site presence every Tuesday, with remote work for the remaining weekdays. Key Responsibilities: Understand business objectives, identify alternative solutions, and conduct cost/benefit analysis to resolve issues and optimize business processes. Analyze user requirements, current operational procedures, and system problems to automate or enhance existing systems. Collaborate with organizational personnel to gather input/output requirements, such as data input methods, summaries, and report formats. Draft detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps for developing or modifying computer programs. Review system capabilities, specifications, and limitations to determine feasibility within the existing framework. Monitor and maintain multiple cloud environments. Develop tools to enhance the maintainability, security, monitoring, and scalability of cloud deployments. Provide operational support and enhance the SHARP platform. Required Qualifications: 10 years of experience in establishing proactive controls for monitoring AWS services to improve application/tool reliability. 10 years of experience supporting, maintaining, monitoring, and securing AWS IaaS and PaaS services. 8 years of experience enhancing service security based on the Zero Trust model. 8 years of Linux administration experience and expertise in troubleshooting network issues. Strong oral and written communication skills. A LinkedIn profile aligned with your resume. Preferred Qualifications: 4 years of strong programming skills. 2 years of experience with Splunk (strongly preferred). 2 years of knowledge or experience with DevOps concepts. AWS SysOps Administrator Certification. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize assignments, and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
