React Component Development: Create high-quality, responsive, and performance-optimized React components for application reuse. Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to align design and functionality. Code Reviews: Establish coding standards and best practices for React development, ensuring consistent design patterns and performance optimizations. State Management: Implement scalable state management solutions using Redux, MobX, or Context API. Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve performance, focusing on rendering efficiency, load times, and smooth user interactions. Mentorship: Provide leadership and guidance to developers, fostering expertise in React and UI development. Component Libraries: Build and maintain a shared component library for cross-application consistency. API Integration: Collaborate with back-end teams to integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other data services. Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies using Jest, Cypress, or Enzyme for unit and end-to-end tests. Mobile Responsiveness: Ensure UI components are responsive across all screen sizes and devices. Accessibility: Implement WCAG standards to enhance usability for all users. CI/CD: Work with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment and testing efficiency.Required Skills: 10+ years of front-end development experience. 7+ years of React expertise in large-scale web applications. Proficient with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component architecture. Strong JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors (SASS or LESS). Expertise in Redux or React Context API for state management. Experience with TypeScript to enhance code quality and scalability. Familiarity with Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap. Strong experience with Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn. Expertise in integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL. Experience with testing frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Enzyme. Skilled in performance tuning using Lighthouse, Web Vitals, or React Profiler. Knowledge of accessibility standards.Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Experience with micro front-end architecture for scaling applications.
