A Masters degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in designing and implementing omnichannel strategies and call center operations. Proficiency in telephony systems, IVR, and other relevant technologies. Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Desirable Skills: Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
