Proficiency in telephony systems, IVR, and other relevant technologies. Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Desirable Skills: Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
