Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER WITH INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT Location: Remote Job Description: Senior Project Manager leading workstreams (eg. Market Data and Data workstream) within the Investment Management Platform program What will the Senior Project Manager be responsible for Lead large-scale, high impact workstreams within the Investment Management Platform Program on behalf of Franklin Templeton This will generally involve multiple business units & functions within the enterprise, with moderate to high risk and complexity including Investment Management, Back Office Operations, Service and Operations, Sales, Marketing, Infrastructure Services, etc. Acting as a single point of accountability to plan, direct, and coordinate assigned workstreams to ensure goals and objectives are achieved with high quality and delivering on expected business value. Responsibility will include working with team members from within the Enterprise & vendors and working with team members from many locations around the world Ability to drive to rigid timelines and results for assigned workstream based off larger program milestones Organize, plan, track, document, and own take aways for a meetings and to do for workflow. Take high level topics/decisions and break them down into smaller pieces and self-initiate next steps on how to take decisions forward in a timely basis What would help someone be successful in this role Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Min 8-12 years related Project Management / Leadership experience Investment Management / Front Office operations experience Experience working in a large-scale multi-national firm essential; Financial Services industry a plus. Exceptional communication and organizational skills Experience with investment management technology/process transformation (ie. Aladdin, Charles river, SimCorp) Tasks Co-ordinate the Risk Market Data working group that is part of the overall Risk workstream on the IM Platform Program Drive actions, resolve issues, tracks follow ups, raise risks, coordinates/documents decisions related to assigned worksteams Co-ordinate weekly meetings with core Risk team and ad-hoc meetings with Front Office teams and Operations teams Attend weekly Risk program meetings Provide weekly status update on progress to the central Program team Thanks & Regards Vijay Sadula MARVEL InfoTech, Inc.
