Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business or Engineering Experience in Financial Services and Banking Industry. Experienced in programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java and others Experience in applying patch / upgrades and bug-fixes to DQ platform by and liaising with the platform vendor. Required Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years in IT 7+ years in Data Quality, Data Governance and DQ Stewardship Strong understanding of data quality concepts, metrics, and best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Self-starter; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Able to collaborate with data owners, business analysts, and IT teams to define data quality requirements and address data quality concerns. Able to partner with data governance, security and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliance with data quality policies and regulations. Able to develop and implement data quality standards and metrics for various data sets. Able to design and execute data profiling and analysis to identify data inconsistencies, anomalies, and missing values. Able to conduct root cause analysis to understand the source of data quality issues and recommend solutions. Able to implement data cleansing and correction procedures to improve data accuracy and completeness. Able to develop and maintain data quality monitoring dashboards, score cards and reports for stakeholders.
