Experience in L3 incident management, change management, patch management Excellent troubleshooting & analytical skills on server and end-user mail issues Experience on handling high priority issues from VIP users and escalated issues Exchange On-premises and Online Managing Exchange On-Premises 2016/ 2019 and Exchange Online Hybrid environment Hybrid concepts (config, mail-flow, connectors, free/busy etc.) Good Hands-on in implementing and configuring messaging solutions Experience in leading and supporting a large scale messaging environment with 50000+ mailboxes Strong Powershell scripting skills for task automation and customised reporting. Linux Based Email Routing and Security Appliance Linux Postfix Cisco Ironport/SEG Email Routing and Security Strong Experience in Administration and configuration of any Email Routing & Security Appliance - Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Exchange Online Protection (EOP) M365 Security & Compliance Email Threats management (spoof, spam, phishing, impersonate etc.) Email Security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Spamscore etc.) Inbound Security, Message tagging, Filtering, Antivirus, Antimalware Mail relay, Mailer List expansion Knowledge of Message Header Analysis Experience in configuring custom mail routing or transport rules as per business requirements Other Skills - Expertise on Microsoft Outlook (Windows/Mac/iOS/Android) Experience with Windows, AD, Group Policy, Azure AD.
