| Customer : Newyorklife Location: 2 days from Clinton, NJ 3 days remote Job Type: Contract Duration : Minimum 6 months Local candidates only Role: QA Lead Engineer Employment Type: Contract Work location: Clinton NJ Work mode: Hybrid - 2 Days Work from Office - Clinton About the Role We are looking for QA Lead Engineer who has prior experience in Message point, HPE or any related CCM (customer communications management) and own an end-to-end functional Testing for the applications with an ability to lead and mentor the QA team with strong interpersonal and communication skills. What You'll Be Doing: Functional testing of 300+ interactive letters currently built utilizing Version 9 Exstream + Message point The integration/triggers begin in SIB systems called ARES and MAC The above ALL needs to be modernized to a FULL Messagepoint cloud solution All content, design, orchestration, rules for 300+ letters User experience for the Messagepoint interactive portal needs to remain same (or better) as today Reporting and any other aspects outside of the document composition will be also built by vendor (QA for the reporting will be involved here to an extent) New functionality will be built in Docusign, perhaps more digital delivery features, etc. Why Join Us: Be part of a rapidly rising, global technology innovator whose platforms and services are engaged by Fortune 1000 companies and industry leaders such as Microsoft & Amazon. Who you are: Progressive experience of 12-14 years performing software testing or related functions and having 3-4 years of CCM (customer communications management ) experience. 5+ experience in software automation testing, designing and supporting automation with Selenium & Java scripting experience Adept in creating and maintaining automation frameworks via API and GUI-based approaches. Technical Stack - Automation, Selenium, Java, API Testing, GUI, SDET, engineer in test, Knowledge in tools like QuerySurge, Practitest, Orchestrator, JIRA is added advantage Education: Post Graduation in Marketing/ MBA from a premier institute like IIM/ISB/XLRI or any top Business school.
