Mandatory Areas Must Have Skills Java/J 2EE: 6+ Years Application Support : 6+ Years Azure: 3+ Years Cloud: 5+ Years monitoring and troubleshooting: 5+ Years Good To Have: Splunk, AppDynamics, Jenkins, Gitlab, Postman, Swagger Job Description We need a candidate who has experience in supporting Java Application Deployed in Azure. 5-8 years of Experience Excellent skill set on analysing, identifying, troubleshooting and rectifying application issues Extensive experience in Java and Microservices-based architecture, with a strong understanding of designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance services. Should be able to do hands-on with Ops activities including application monitoring and troubleshooting using tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, etc. Should have experience in Operations and BizOps support roles Knowledge of DevOps technologies and tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab etc. 24*7 support, so should be ready to work in Shifts Should have basic knowledge in Cloud, preferably Azure Experience in API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management Programming or scripting experience in Python or Go is a plus Write automation scripts based on business requirements Excellent communication skills Knowledge in Agile/Kanban.
