You will work closely with ETL developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements, ensuring that data solutions align with business goals and technical requirements. This role requires expertise on migrating current state DTS packages to Future state SSIS Packages as per standards. Required to manage internal and customer stack holders. Technical Skills: 12 to 15 years of experience in data architecture, data integration, and ETL development. Extensive experience with SQL Server, including database design, development, and performance tuning. Strong expertise in SSIS and proven experience migrating DTS packages to SSIS. In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and data governance. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
