The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions while ensuring smooth release management, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, DevOps best practices, and hands-on experience with Copado for automating release management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer/Engineer. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Copado for release management and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform. Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce). Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines). Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata and deployment strategies. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams.
