Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-driven by nature and capable to closely work with development and business teams to communicate impacts and to understand business requirements. Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings. Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions and in documentation as well. Should have strong analytical, debugging and performance tuning skills. Earlier work experience of working with distributed Agile teams Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
