Collaborate with IT teams to define requirements for MDM tools and technologies. Provide training and support to business users on master data management best practices. Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business leaders to translate master data requirements into actionable business plans. Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex MDM challenges and delivering tailored solutions. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and success. Role -2 Job Title: SAP MDG Business Advisor Location: Somerset, NJ Type: Contract Client : Cognizant/ Life Science - Domain Understand business processes Identify master data management needs and translate them into functional specifications Document data governance Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of master data by documenting data governance rules, data quality metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Collaborate Work closely with SAP MDG Solution Consultants and Architects to design solutions that meet business needs Bridge the gap Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams Advisory and Strategy Development: Understand business needs and objectives related to master data. Develop and implement MDM strategies that align with client goals, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance. Recommend industry best practices for managing master data across multiple domains (e.g., customer, product, supplier, financial).
