The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building systems, platforms, and parsers, as well as extracting and manipulating data. Knowledge and experience with Splunk is a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex systems and platforms. Develop parsers and tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and develop solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and other team members. Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related and security-related issues. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data architecture, Snowflake technologies, and cybersecurity. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of technology solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends. Act as a technical advisor and mini CTO, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in software development, systems architecture, and engineering. Proven experience in building robust systems and platforms from the ground up. Strong hands-on experience with data parsing, ETL processes, and data manipulation. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar. Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, etc.). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Splunk for data analysis, monitoring, and visualization. Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.). Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts. Experience in a leadership or technical advisory role.
