AWS ecosystem. Knowledge of ETL and data integration frameworks Business Intelligence and Reporting initiatives Knowledge of QuickSight, Cognos or similar BI tools SQL and AWS is mandatory. The Business Analyst role is responsible for supporting Business Intelligence and Reporting initiatives. Main responsibilities are data analysis and creating specifications and requirements documents for Business Intelligence systems, reports, dashboards, and data integrations between various platforms. Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and business intelligence/data development teams. Basic Requirements: Communicate effectively to project stakeholders and development teams. Ability to capture the essence of business requirements and convert them into technical specifications for development team Perform analysis of data sources using SQL and data profiling tools Strong knowledge of SQL Knowledge of AWS ecosystem. Understanding of database and data warehousing concepts Knowledge of ETL and data integration frameworks. Experience working with reporting and business intelligence products. Desired Skills Knowledge of QuickSight, Cognos or similar BI tools. Familiarity with Confluence and Jira Knowledge of Agile software development methodology Financial Services industry experience Exposure to Salesforce CRM & Analytics Team Overview: The IB Tech & CRM team is a highly strategic and cross-functional team. Main responsibilities are creating data structures for reporting systems and developing data exchanges and integrations between various platforms. Important aspect of this role is optimizing existing and new data processes. Basic Requirements: Expert of SQL Extensive hands on experience on MS SQL Server or Redshift platform Deep understanding of RDBMS concepts Hands on experience developing stored procedures, functions, and scripts. Expertise in database/query performance optimization (Indexing, query tuning, troubleshooting performance problems) Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts Experience in data modeling and database design Expertise in developing ETL processes to support data movement Experience in performing source to target data mapping exercises. Curious, relentless with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Desired Skills Experience working with AWS tools.
