Job summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MDG Asset and MDG ABAP. This role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a hybrid model. The position is a day shift role and does not require travel Required Skills : ,MDG ABAP,MDG Asset Responsibilities : Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the MDG Asset and MDG ABAP domains. Oversee project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule. Provide technical guidance and support to team members working on MDG Asset and MDG ABAP projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives. Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner. Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting continuous learning and improvement. Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and project outcomes. -Qualifications Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on MDG Asset and MDG ABAP. Demonstrate strong technical skills in MDG Asset and MDG ABAP, with hands-on experience. Exhibit excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed project plans. Have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams. Display strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Show expertise in risk management and issue resolution. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
