Position: Vehicles Test Engineer with (BMS) Battery Management System Location: Erie, PA (Onsite) Duration: Long term Contract Job Description: Role name:Electric Test Engineer in Battery Management System Role Description: Develop and setup Tests in a Power Electronics Lab. Design and Develop test plans, procedures and fixtures for new and existing products including but not limited to IGBTs, GTOs, Inverters, Sensors, Bus Bars, Cold Plates and Transformers. Executing testing in a Power Electronics Lab Conduct Functional, environment and reliability testing of power electronic components and systems using various testing equipment (eg: Oscilloscopes, multimeters, probes, sensors etc..) Analyze Test data, collect and analyze test data using Matlab and Excel, identify trends and generate detailed test reports. Provide recommendations for design improvements based on test results.Educational Background: Electrical & Electronics, Power Electronics and Mechatronics.
