Extensive experience with AWS services: CloudFormation, S3, Athena, Glue, EMR/Spark, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, KMS, SM, etc. Expertise in Python, Shell scripting, and SQL. Proven experience implementing data lakes and data warehouses in AWS. Experience in system analysis, design, development, and implementation of data ingestion pipelines in AWS. Knowledge of AWS serverless technologies (API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, ElasticSearch). AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer Certification (preferred). Good understanding of Lakehouse/data cloud architecture. Experience in high-velocity data streaming solutions (Kinesis, SQS, Kafka preferred). Experience migrating data from traditional databases to AWS databases (RDS, Aurora, Redshift). Knowledge of CI/CD strategies for data platforms (EDP). Experience with POCs for new technologies or tools on EDP. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain data architecture and pipelines. Implement and support data solutions across on-prem and AWS platforms. Ensure high performance and reliability in large-scale data engineering projects. Engage in system design and architecture discussions. Develop and test applications independently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development cycle. Identify and resolve performance issues. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
