The Data Lead will be responsible for mapping data requirements, ensuring accurate source-to-target data migration, and aligning data processes with the business needs of the logistics and supply chain operations. Responsibilities: Lead the data mapping process from the existing WMS to new, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements related to logistics and supply chain data. Define source-to-target data mapping, ensuring all data elements are accurately captured and transitioned to the new system. Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to validate data quality and ensure alignment with business processes. Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, providing recommendations for improvements where necessary. Develop documentation and processes to support the data migration and provide ongoing support during the implementation phase. Qualifications: Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with experience in SAP eWM preferred. 10+ years of experience in data migration, mapping, and integration, with a focus on logistics and supply chain operations. Strong technical understanding of data structures and databases, combined with a solid business understanding of supply chain processes. Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to drive data migration efforts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
