| We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to support our Data 360 Program and related project initiatives. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects focused on data governance, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The selected candidate's performance will be evaluated for potential hire as a full-time employee (FTE), contingent upon eligibility and performance during the contract period. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support the execution of the Data 360 Program and associated projects. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the overall program objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business needs and data governance standards. Monitor project performance, managing risks and issues, and driving resolutions. Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. Evaluate data governance processes and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the Data 360 team. Ensure project deliverables meet both quality and compliance standards. Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to facilitate effective communication. Maintain documentation for project management processes, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews. Required Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data governance or related initiatives. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with stakeholders, technical teams, and executives. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide sound solutions. Demonstrated experience managing project scope, timelines, and budget. Collaborative and adaptable mindset, with a focus on driving results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Tools Experience: Experience working with Informatica Data 360 or other data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation). Experience in data governance, data management, or data quality initiatives. Understanding of data lifecycle management and best practices in data governance frameworks. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
