Position: 100% Remote Lead SAP Materials Management (MM) consultant Location: 100% Remote Sugarland, TX Duration: 12 Month Project Visa: No H1B Job Description This is remote role but candidate can travel to Client location as needed (Expenses paid) We are seeking a Lead SAP Materials Management (MM) consultant to manage the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA (Greenfield Implementation). The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of end-to-end implementations of SAP MM: The role involves overseeing all phases of design, realization, data migration, and testing to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations. Key Skills: SAP Materials Management (MM), Lead Roles, End-to-End Implementations, SAP S/4HANA, Conversion from ECC to S/4HANA, Facilitation of MM Design Workshops, MM Process Mapping, Testing Facilitation, Go-live Support. Nice-to-have skills: SAP S4 RISE Private Cloud Edition, SAP S/4HANA Simple Logistics, SAP ECC, Workflow Management/Enhancement (HR Mini Master), Data Migration in SAP S/4HANA (SAP DS), RICEF, EDI (inbound/outbound), SAP Fiori/U5. The candidate has: SAP MM (8+ years) SAP MM Lead Roles SAP S/4HANA Conversion (2+ years) Design Workshops Process Mapping Go-Live Support TOP THREE SKILLS: SAP MM End-to-End Implementation experience (8+ years) SAP S/4HANA Conversion and/or implementation experience (2+ years) Facilitation of design workshops, process mapping, testing, and go-live support Nice to Have Skills: SAP S4 RISE Private Cloud Edition SAP S/4HANA Simple Logistics SAP ECC Workflow Management/Enhancements ( HR Mini Master) Proficiency in SAP MM functionalities: Organization Structure, Master Data, pricing schemas, direct/indirect procurement, goods and invoice receipts, stock transfers, MRP, consignments, inventory management, Batch Determination, Inbound/outbound logistics, storage operations, and Transfer Orders. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Best Practices and industry standards for material management processes, including pre-configured business processes and recommended configurations. Data Migration Experience in SAP S/4HANA (SAP DS), including material master data, supplier data, purchasing documents, and inventory balances. Development of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows, with Outbound/Inbound ALE/EDI communications. Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 for designing and configuring user-friendly interfaces, including enhancing standard Fiori applications. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Reporting Tools, such as embedded analytics. Strong integration knowledge between SAP MM/LE and other SAP modules (FICO, EWM, SD/LE, PP/QM). Expertise in SAP implementation methodologies ( SAP ASAP, SAP Activate).
