This role involves working with cross-functional teams to identify business objectives, analyze operational challenges, and design efficient solutions. You will be responsible for developing both front-end and back-end solutions and collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance current systems or build new applications. Work arrangement: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite (Tuesdays mandatory onsite).Responsibilities: Analyze user requirements and propose solutions to automate processes or improve systems. Collaborate with different departments to understand operational workflows and identify challenges. Develop detailed documentation for program functions and modification requirements. Review system capabilities and limitations to determine feasibility of requested changes. Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end solutions. Provide cost/benefit analysis of alternative solutions.Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong front-end development skills with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS. Strong back-end development experience using Java. Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or Snowflake. DevOps experience (at least 3 years). Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (preferably AWS): AWS Amplify, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway. Experience with cloud web application development.Preferred Skills: 4+ years of cloud development experience. Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
