An ideal candidate will also have retail domain experience and strong Agile. Role Description: The Sr. BA/ Business Process Lead - SAP OTC supports the detailed design and execution of processes necessary to configure SAP to meet business requirements. This position facilitates and gathers user requirements to determine best practice business processes in order to develop and deliver efficient and effective business solutions. This position also leads and/or executes the testing of end-to-end business processes to confirm the process and solutions meet requirements and resolve defects. Solve business process issues related to interfaces, and reporting capabilities by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience and judgement. Desired Experience: Working knowledge and experience in OTC business processes. Technical expertise and skills associated with SAP in OTC. Experience in testing of end-to-end business processes.
