DETAILS The University of Wisconsin-Systems Administration seeks a contractor to augment our identity and access management team and oversee our Microsoft 365 tenant. The current team members are involved in a project to move to Teams phones, and this position will help backfill the M365 administrators in their day-to-day M365 administration work. Required Skills: Microsoft 365 Admin Center Configuring and maintaining mailboxes Implementing security measures in M365. Nice to Have Skills: Administering Microsoft 365 suite. Active Directory, Intune, and Zoom (Familiar) IAM systems and two-factor authentication (Okta; Familiar). Additional Details: Must be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate at their own expense. Configuring/Maintaining: Email forwarding, shared mailboxes, and security settings. Answering support tickets and assisting end users with issues related to Microsoft 365 and other cloud applications. Working with and educating users on best practices and new features of M365.
