| Position: Workday Configuration Analyst Location: Part time Remote role 4 months engagement (20 Hours per week) Duration: 4 Months engagement till March 2025 Position open: 1 Location preference: Chicago, IL Must Have: IT System Administrator, Sr. Business Analyst, Workday experience. JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Workday configuration analyst to join the JLL Technology team for a temporary remote assignment for 10-20 hours per week for a four-month timeframe. This role may work with teammates and business partners across the globe, and will advise on optimal system configuration. This role requires a background in Workday Security, Organizations, and Business Processes, with expertise in Recruiting and Talent Management functional areas. This role will be responsible for configuring new solutions and supporting deployment and hypercare of Workday-integrated talent applications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with product management leads and peers to understand business needs, propose solutions, and analyze impact of system changes Configure new features for deployment Document processes and procedures as necessary Support Workday as it relates to downstream integrations into other HR systems REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 4+ years of system experience, with 2+ years of Workday experience Ability to connect Workday capabilities to business needs to design and build configuration accordingly Knowledge of reporting and calculated fields to support core processes and ensure data integrity Solid analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with implementing systems in multiple regions; familiarity with a global work environment Experience working in agile software development environments -- Thanks and Regards Leelaprasad Sr Recruiter VSDL Technologies Inc [email protected] (214) 432-7307 Keywords: information technology Illinois : Workday Configuration Analyst [email protected] |
