Job Title: Oracle Integration Cloud Lead (OIC) Location: Remote (East Coast-based client) Duration: 10-12 months Experience: 12+ years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead with a minimum of 12 years of experience in leading, designing, configuring, and implementing OIC interfaces. The ideal candidate will have expertise in integration strategy and system performance optimization and will collaborate effectively in a distributed delivery model. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration, with a strong focus on Azure Cloud as the client heavily uses this environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategy for integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring design patterns, security, connectivity, audit, and error handling are well documented. Lead the interface design, configuration, and implementation of OIC across various applications. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the OIC platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of the OIC interfaces aligns with business and technical needs. Optimize system performance and address any bottlenecks or issues. Manage and mentor the OIC development team, addressing any challenges and ensuring timely delivery. Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met by working closely with other technical teams and subject matter experts. Write and maintain Release Notes to facilitate smooth deployments to higher environments. Perform sanity checks and validation of integrations in higher environments before releasing to business users or end customers. Prioritize activities to align with project timelines and dependencies on other critical initiatives. Provide regular updates on project health, risks, and issues to project management.
