The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, architecture design, and implementation across various Salesforce clouds. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet business needs and are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Serve as a technical expert for Salesforce development, staying hands-on with coding, customization, and system integrations (70%). Design and implement complex Salesforce applications across various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and guide technical teams on best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and lead the implementation. Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools. Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization of Salesforce solutions. Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and apply them to improve the system's performance and capabilities. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in an architectural role. Extensive experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript frameworks. Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and best practices in custom application development. Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems (SOAP/REST APIs). Salesforce Architect certification(s) is highly desirable. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Salesforce DevOps processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with both business and technical teams.
