Job Title: Program Manager with PMP Certification Location: Phoenix, Arizona -Hybrid Duration: 9-12 Months Total Yrs. of Experience : 8+ years Relevant Yrs. of experience :3 years Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) Establish integrated program planincluding goals, high level timelines, key milestones. Manage program risks and issues. Ensure timely and precise communication with all stakeholders. Handle program level changes Ensure project status is shared via weekly status reports, steering committee reports, etc. Track scope, timelines, risks, financials Domain Program management for SRE - to handle initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, path to green, etc. Mandatory skills Must be excellent communicator and has track record of working with senior stakeholders. Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to create a compelling presentation. Should be Organized and proactive. Must have the working knowledge on Jira, SAFe agile, software development, release planning & migration, testing. Must have experience managing large programs for Banks and FIs. Desired/ Secondary skills Bachelors Degree: Often in business administration, project management, or a related field Masters Degree: Preferred for higher-level roles, especially in business or a related field Technical Proficiency: Competency in using Microsoft applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook Project Management Professional (PMP): Often preferred or required.
