No other certifications qualify. *Candidate must also be able to work onsite 2-3day/week **Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOTs Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking **Please submit candidates who have not been submitted to recent VDOT PM reqs The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for successfully planning, organizing, and motivating diverse project teams throughout all phases of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid projects, and for delivering projects that provide exceptional value to the Commonwealths internal and external stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing large projects and a bachelors degree. Fluency in Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office required. PMP Certification through PMI Experience with VITAs Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (CTP) system and ECOS process is strongly preferred. Experience with Project Management Office methodologies and practices is strongly preferred. Experience with the core Commonwealth IT procurement processes (RFP, VITA Statewide Contract, and CAI SOW) is preferred.
