Job Title: Enterprise Architect (Solution Architect) Location: Remote Duration: Long-term contract Experience: 12+ Years Visa Status: H1B, H4-EAD and L2 EAD Note: The client is looking for a recent Telecom Domain Experience, please mention the visa status and current Location. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Northstar and Transformational architecture projects. This role will involve leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level telecommunications solutions, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and Northstar initiatives. Key Responsibilities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. Experience in Telecom, Retail, Cable, Banking. Looking for proven enterprise Northstar, Transformational Work, A large conversions project, migration, etc. Work that is Enterprise in scale that touched multiple domains (compliance, security, care, billing, the CRM, Frontend, etc.) Experience with Biz Design (this is used for documentation) Sequence Diagrams 10+ years of experience as an architect Proven experience with Northstar initiatives and a strong understanding of their impact on enterprise architecture. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Key Comments from the client: Telecom Experience in IT areas that may have touched: eCommerce, Care, Retail, etc. Areas that have large enterprise provisioning flows. Not looking for the network side. Could be a Cable company also getting into the mobile space. HLSD high level system design experience. The architect should have experience and an understanding around how things may impact other domains. Sequence Diagrams do they have experience Can they show you examples If not, pass on the candidate. These Sequence Diagrams will show if the candidate has the right experience by being able to show the flow of complex environments and impacts that one area might have on another. A candidate can scrub the client name from this and still walk someone thru. If they balk at this, they are likely not our candidate. Enterprise, transformational, northstar work still is what we are looking for but lets not make that our sole criteria.
