Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the MDG Asset and MDG ABAP domains. - Oversee project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met on schedule. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members working on MDG Asset and MDG ABAP projects. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk management. - Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. - Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives. - Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner. - Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting continuous learning and improvement. - Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and project outcomes. Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on MDG Asset and MDG ABAP. - Demonstrate strong technical skills in MDG Asset and MDG ABAP, with hands-on experience. - Exhibit excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring. - Show proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed project plans. - Have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams. - Display strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Show expertise in risk management and issue resolution. - Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. - Show proficiency in using project management tools and software. - Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
