Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to assess talent management metrics, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for talent strategies. Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration of talent management solutions with other Oracle Cloud modules and business processes. Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and managers to maximize the effectiveness of Oracle Cloud Talent Management tools.
