The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, business process optimization, and team leadership. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate to improve efficiency and streamline operations across various departments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements. Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, processes, and best practices. Train and mentor team members on Power Automate functionalities and capabilities. Monitor and optimize existing automation solutions for performance and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated workflows. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the automation process. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and managing workflows using Power Automate. Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, etc.) is a plus. Experience with API integrations and data connectors. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Project management experience is a plus. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
