Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Lead the development and execution of learning strategies aligned with organizational goals, leveraging the Oracle Cloud Learn module to deliver effective training solutions. System Management: Oversee the configuration and ongoing administration of the Oracle Cloud Learning module, ensuring optimal functionality and user engagement. Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, curate, and implement high-quality learning content that meets the needs of various teams and job roles. User Support & Training: Provide guidance and training to HR and departmental leaders on utilizing the Oracle Cloud Learning module effectively; serve as the primary contact for user support and troubleshooting. Data Analytics: Utilize analytics and reporting tools to assess learning metrics, track engagement, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
