As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and managing virtual desktop and remote app (RDS) hosting and management solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert-level support for VDI issues, including Citrix, Horizon, and Native Azure environments. Collaborate with system administrators to optimize desktop performance and ensure platform interoperability. Maintain a deep understanding of VDI technologies and best practices. Provide endpoint support and troubleshoot issues related to virtual desktop infrastructure. Work across complex production environments with multiple stakeholders. Conduct trade studies and recommend solutions based on technical expertise. Leverage experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Networking, Storage, and Virtual Desktops.
