The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency and experience in various Microsoft applications, Workday as an ERP system, and Power BI for reporting and analysis is required. Procurement Analyst - Requirements: Manage daily tasks related to material forecasting, sourcing, planning, and purchasing of goods and services, including handling purchase orders Conduct analysis and research to identify spending trends and translate findings into actionable projects. Participate in Requests for Proposals (RFPs), invoicing, and other ad-hoc requests. Lead efforts to streamline inventory processes and daily operations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, OEMs, and industry peers. Coordinate the supplier onboarding process, ensuring compliance with insurance and other requirements. Ensure adherence to established procurement and inventory protocols. Oversee the procurement process from order placement to delivery, ensuring all steps are effectively managed. Ensure proper distribution of materials to designated client locations. Coordinate auditing and reporting of material depots across utilities. Stay informed about supply chain market conditions and assess potential impacts on the company. Assist in the preparation of material forecasts and track the consumption of goods and services across various departments. Consolidate bills of materials across both utilities to improve forecasting accuracy. Recommend process improvements and facilitate agreed-upon changes. Assist with month-end functions, including managing outstanding invoices and accruals.
