Role: SAP SuccessFactors CPI and BTP Lead Work location: RICHMOND, VA 6-12 months JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for overseeing and managing the BTP IS integration team who works on integration of SuccessFactors with other systems using BTP Integration Suite. Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, strong technical expertise in integration tools, and the ability to lead complex projects that connect SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems. Require both technical acumen and strategic thinking to ensure seamless data flow and support business objectives. Require a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules, integration platforms, and data mapping techniques. Manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project execution. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues. Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors integrations, providing guidance and technical expertise to the team. Mentor and lead a team of integration developers, sharing best practices and promoting knowledge exchange. Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Required Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding). Strong expertise in BTP integration Suite Experience with REST, SOAP, OData APIs, and XML/JSON for building and managing integrations. Experience with data mapping and integration patterns. Project management skills and experience. BTP Technical expertise including admin activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
