Must be local to PA We are seeking a Hyland OnBase Systems Administrator to support an OnBase implementation. The administrator serves as the principal point of contact for all application software, database, and hardware that supports the OnBase solution, including planning for and executing software and hardware upgrades. The administrator provides daily application administration, monitoring and maintenance support of the OnBase product and the supporting infrastructure. This position assists staff with the design, development and implementation of efficient electronic business processes to eliminate paper records and maintains existing and develops new OnBase solutions in support of these processes. This position also performs planned maintenance and emergency support during non-business hours. Minimum Qualifications Required skills: 7 years - Technical expertise in Hyland OnBase 7 years - OnBase System Administration 7 years - Enterprise-wide Records Management Program 5 years - Experience with OnBase Reporting Required certs: Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) Hyland OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) Preferred Experience Desired skills: 5 years - OnBase Workflow Experience 5 years - Kofax Capture Software 5 years - Experience with OnBase System Upgrade Desired Certs: Hyland OnBase Certified Workview (OCWV) Hyland OnBase Certified Application Programming Interface (OCAPI) Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users in a timely fashion. Work as a team member with additional System Administrators, Project Manager, Business Analysts, and other roles within the Bureau of Information Technology. Prioritize daily tasks, live production issues, projects, and customer support. Review current processes, hardware, and software to ensure resources are functionally properly and efficiently. Validate technical specifications and infrastructure requirements. Assist with planning, setup and configuration of the infrastructure architecture, server hardware and operating systems as required. Review available software maintenance/upgrades, plan for and perform software maintenance and upgrades as required during scheduled, off-hours maintenance windows. Design, develop, test, and migrate new project solutions or enhancements to existing solutions across SIT, UAT, Production environments. Document, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve defects. Respond to and resolve issues reported during normal business operational hours and off-hours. Monitor operations and capacity to ensure optimum performance. Create documentation of system changes or existing processes and distribute to appropriate parties. Work with DOC/PBPP OnBase Support Vendor (currently Keymark) for technical support as needed. Assist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for new OnBase solutions. Assist with training identified subject matter experts. Communicate system downtime and project deployments with business owners and end users. Understand, maintain and enhance external integrations within OnBase.
